Introduce
the new SERBCA board of directors and officers for 2012. Review 2011
chapter efforts, treasurer report and budget. Discuss potential SERBCA
meetings and initiatives for 2012.

Darren
Draper and Khalil Dehghanian of Epsten Group, Inc. will be providing a
presentation on building envelope commissioning. The presentation will
focus on the process of envelope commissioning from design phase
through post-construction phase activities. Also addressed will be how
the envelope commissioning agent can help to coordinate the numerous
envelope subcontractors to ensure open communication between trades and
proper transition from one component to another.
